The various projects that have completed their Design Thinking move on to the draft stage.

During the draft stage, the projects are examined in detail with several objectives:

• Verify the feasibility of the operation in light of the various constraints of the program and the sites.

• Propose one or more overall solutions reflecting the main elements of the program.

• Indicate the timelines and examine their compatibility with the provisional budget allocated to the project.
